If you already have a website and you need someone to implement
changes we are able to offer our services either at an hourly rate or
as a fixed price dependent upon the requirement.
If we are charging at an hourly rate we will always supply an estimate
of roughly how long we expect the job to take. We are normally accurate
estimating time scales but if we need more time we will always contact
the client before we proceed.
If your website was designed by someone other than Reactive Graphics we
will need the FTP username and password to be able to download it. FTP
simply stands for 'file transfer protocol'. Website maintenance could
cover anything from changing address details to restyling a product range.
